Open Question: Madonnas exercise and diet routine…?

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

Any idea where I can find Madonna’s diet and exercise routines? I know she does a lot of pilates and yoga…but this woman has to do cardio and toning. I LOVE her body (and every other woman that has her body…you ladies are awesome!) and used to have one very similar.

As I’ve gotten older over the years, I’ve noticed it’s harder to loss weight and/or tone up. My diet and exercise that has worked for me over the years has gotten me at the point that my body isn’t toning and I’m not losing the weight I gained (I got a “little” lazy for a while and gained about 10-15lbs. resulting in my clothes getting a little tighter and tighter over the months.) I just want to get a serious diet and exercise routine going that will get me the toned, athletic physique I once had.

Typical exercise routine for me: (4-7 days a week)

- 30min - 1hr of cardio consisting of running, steps, elliptical, and/or bike (I switch it up to keep it interesting…sometime I’ll run and do the steps…maybe I’ll run and do the bike instead)

- Arms 3 sets of 15 for 3 different arm exercises and/or machines

- Legs 3 sets of 15 for 4 different leg exercises and/or machines

- 10 min of abs 2-3x a week

- cool down of 10min of cardio

Any ideas?
Oh…and my diet…high protein, no salt (or very minimal), sugars only in fresh fruit, whole grains, low carbs…

Typical day…

Breakfast - 2 pieces of turkey bacon with 2 egg whites

AM Snack - Banana or fruit and handful of peanuts (unsalted)

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken or tuna, no dressing or very little vinaigrette

PM Snack (if any) - peanuts or fresh veggie sticks

Dinner - anything consisting of chicken or ground turkey, usually paired with whole wheat pasta or fresh veggies

After workout snack - popcorn (plain), yogurt, can of tuna, or sugar-free fruit popsicle

Open Question: what do you think of my exercise and diet plan?

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

basically the diet is to eat normally but to try and replace stuff with healthy foods (my diet is usually quit good anyway) to go to the gym about 3 times a week, i’ll do about 30 minutes on a treadmill and 15 - 30 minutes on the elliptical machine thingy, and only drink water. and walk about 4 hours a day and that’s during the day anyway so its no different for me. What do you think of it?

Cause i want to lose th fat from my stomach, do you think it will work? and also.. do you think it will add muscle to my stomach or not?
ok thats good, i’m only 15 and dont want to go OTT with the whole thing which is why i’m not really changing my diet that much. I’m going to the school gym after school cause its free.

I want a flat stomach in time for christmas basically but i recon ill get it before because i only have about 4 - 5 inchs to lose from my waist, i am apple sized which means my legs are fine. It’s just my belly :( haha lolz

Open Question: how does my dad get the younger women like he does?

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

since my dad turned 50, he’s had more than a few young, hot, gorgeous women! In fact, he’s gotten 3 of them pregnant! Yes, I know! One was 20, 22 and 25. the one he is currently with is 23, and stunning, the stuff dreams are made of. shes a director or in some sort of management for one of those big time fitness places, the upscale huge type of place. a buddy of mine who is a member there sees her frequently, but doesnt know her personally. he said he’s seen her giving tours of the place to people and that type of thing & has occasionally seen her get on the elliptical machine which turns out to be a big bouncy show! this woman has big boobs, nice butt, great legs, just a great body and shes really fit. Now my dad is 54, he’s not fit, but not fat, but has the typical extra weight that goes along with age, protruding belly basically. he is not losing any of his hair, he has a full beard and both his beard and hair have a fair amount of gray in it. he is a little paunchy and he’s about he same height as her. his health isnt great, but nothing real real serious, he’s passed some kidney stones, has high blood pressure, recently had a gallstone, for 3 yrs has been battling BPH or enlarged prostate! before labor day he had a stone attack and passed 2 kidney stones. my buddy that goes to the fitness club where she works said someone told him that she is pregnant and that he wanted to shake my dad’s hand. and if i know my dad, he knocked her up right after the kidney stones. he did that with one of the others. i guess if i had that hot of a girl, i would agree to pee out 2 hard rocks if i could do her afterwards! how does a man at his age and looks get such hot, young women?
