Work it off, new equipment at the LC Fitness Center
Over the summer the Fitness Center got two elliptical trainers, two stationary bikes, a rack, some dumb bells and some medicine balls. The Fitness Staff at Lynchburg College are very happy about all of the new equipment for the center.
