Open Question: Madonnas exercise and diet routine…?

Any idea where I can find Madonna’s diet and exercise routines? I know she does a lot of pilates and yoga…but this woman has to do cardio and toning. I LOVE her body (and every other woman that has her body…you ladies are awesome!) and used to have one very similar.

As I’ve gotten older over the years, I’ve noticed it’s harder to loss weight and/or tone up. My diet and exercise that has worked for me over the years has gotten me at the point that my body isn’t toning and I’m not losing the weight I gained (I got a “little” lazy for a while and gained about 10-15lbs. resulting in my clothes getting a little tighter and tighter over the months.) I just want to get a serious diet and exercise routine going that will get me the toned, athletic physique I once had.

Typical exercise routine for me: (4-7 days a week)

- 30min - 1hr of cardio consisting of running, steps, elliptical, and/or bike (I switch it up to keep it interesting…sometime I’ll run and do the steps…maybe I’ll run and do the bike instead)

- Arms 3 sets of 15 for 3 different arm exercises and/or machines

- Legs 3 sets of 15 for 4 different leg exercises and/or machines

- 10 min of abs 2-3x a week

- cool down of 10min of cardio

Any ideas?
Oh…and my diet…high protein, no salt (or very minimal), sugars only in fresh fruit, whole grains, low carbs…

Typical day…

Breakfast - 2 pieces of turkey bacon with 2 egg whites

AM Snack - Banana or fruit and handful of peanuts (unsalted)

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken or tuna, no dressing or very little vinaigrette

PM Snack (if any) - peanuts or fresh veggie sticks

Dinner - anything consisting of chicken or ground turkey, usually paired with whole wheat pasta or fresh veggies

After workout snack - popcorn (plain), yogurt, can of tuna, or sugar-free fruit popsicle
