Open Question: Not losing weight help..?
Tuesday, September 16th, 2008I have started going to the gym 2 weeks ago for at least an hour and I am running at the gym on the elliptical cross-trainer for 30 minutes at least 4 days a week which equivocates to about 2.77 miles and 300 calories. I also do various ab exercises/stair-master/treadmill but at light weights to just tone and not build muscle. I have also been eating alot healthier opting for strawberries/veggies as snacks and eating salads/lean turkey meat.
My problem is I feel like it’s done nothing! My pants seem tighter if anything and I don’t see a difference at all! Am I doing something wrong, any tips? I don’t have a ton of weight to lose just want 10 pounds gone. Im 5′7 and a size 5 if that gives you any info.
