Open Question: Does this seem a healthy plan??

Okay so I’m a 14 year old female and tell me If i eat and exercise healthy

Exercise plan:
30 minutes Elliptical Trainer
15 minutes walking
15 minutes weight training (lunges, hip workouts, stomach workouts,…)
i do this everyday 4 days a week

Eating Plan:
Breakfast: 6 ounces of skimmed plain yogurt + 1 serving of kashi cereal
Lunch: healthy sanwhich (2 slices healthy brown bread (no sugar) 2 thin slices of lean turkey breast, 1 slice of 97% fat free cheese and a handful of fresh baby carrots or a fresh plum

Dinner: bowl of fresh salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatos, add herbs and spices that are 0 calories (no salt)

Drink 8 cups of water everyday and i chew sugar free gum
i also dont eat anything to hours before i sleep

so healthy?? what are changes that i can make??
