Open Question: Being Healthy in Ramadan??
Okay so tom is going to be my first day to fast, because i coudn’t these past two days, i was on medication
I;m a really healthy person, and in iftar i cant eat much, becaus eit really hurts my stomach, so this is my plan and tell me what i should change
Iftar:
bowl of low calorie low fat healthy soup
after 30 min i start eating (so in between i pray maghrib)
bowl of fresh salad, and good portion of lean meat (e.g 4-6 ounces of skinless grilled chicken)
Night: before i sleep
bowl of low calorie low fat soup and a fruit (e.g a medium fresh apple)
Drink lots of water
Exercise everyday on my elliptical trainer machine and burn 100 calories while im fasting
so is it healthy, what should i do to change it and make it even more healthy???
