Open Question: Is this a healthy Exercise and Eating plan?? Just want your opinion please (:?
Monday, September 1st, 2008Now it is Ramadan which is an islamic tradition where you fast for 14 hours and have a meal in the evening, around 7 pm
Iftar:
1/2 cup of boiled chickpeas mixed
with a bowl of fresh salad (fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and herbs)
3.5 ounces of skinless grilled chicken
drank lots of water
Early Breakfast: 4am
1 serving of Kashi Cereal with 6 ounces of skimmed plain yogurt
Drank lots of water
Exercise:
13 min Elliptical trainer - burned 100 calories
50 lunges
13 min Elliptical trainer - burned another 100 calories
So is it healthy or not???
