I’m too poor to hire a personal trainer. I was just wondering what should I do when I work out.
I’m 6 ft 270
I’m 20 years old and 5/6 ths
I need to start exercising properly.
things I hate doing at the gym
running on the treadmill
and lifting weights
I think since I hate them, I should do it. lol
things i love at the gym
elliptical
and thats all—I could spend hours on the elliptical
I know I shouldn’t just do that—I need some advice
I have a gut, a butt, and thighs—-but calves are nice and toned ( they are to die for, a lot of people say they wish they had them) my arms are okay
I’m just unsure advice.
oh, should I invest in a treadmill and ellipcital?
PS, I know this is the wrong section, but gay guys have the best bodies. lol
