I have been working out with a trainer 3x a week since April. I have hit a plateau and need to bump up my exercise. I have done cardio here and there between sessions but would like to start doing cardio daily, on both the days I work out and the days I dont have training. The problem is, my muscles are often just so tired. Especially my quads. The cardio I do at the gym is always elliptical and/or treadmill. My trainer says my body still needs recovery time but I am becoming frustrated that the weight loss is at a standstill and I want to kick things up to get it off faster. Any suggestions? Thanks!
