Open Question: Is doing cardio for 30-40 min a day good enough?
Monday, August 11th, 2008I have an elliptical trainer and I do about 30-40 min a day. I have a reader on it and it says I burn 400 cals per session and I usually go at 20.5-19.5 km pace. I am set at level 3 and trying to build my endurance up to the next level. I usually clock about 10-11km per session as well. Is this enough? I only have time for about a 30-45 min session each day. I am also planning on doing weights, yoga and crunches in the am and sometime pm if I have a chance.
