Open Question: Suggestions to lose weight?
Thursday, July 31st, 2008I am 17 and am fairly overweight. I used to exercise at home but it wasn’t giving me the results I wanted so I joined a gym a few months ago. Generally, I go in for about 1-2 hours and end up burning anywhere between 600-1200 calories. I usually work out on the elliptical trainer or bike. Sometimes, I end up going for a short walk as well + trips to and from bus stops in the morning. I have also started watching my diet very closely and eat around 1500 calories max per day. However, the one thing I hate doing is checking my weight cause Im scared its going to go up. I keep thinking that I should weight another week and another week. Did anyone experience the same things and have some suggestions as to how I could loose weight better?
